  Was a decent experience. The manager and sales rep we purchased from were very nice and helpful. We've also had not so great experiences here with reps who acted as if they were being bothered because we weren't ready to buy at the time. 2 stars for an overall (slightly below) average experience, taking all things into consideration. I've worked for AT&T and their customer service standards tend to be a bit higher than what we experienced. I was rather surprised to find out that this is a corporate store and not an authorized retailer based on the experiences here.
